This 3-piece Holy Family is hand-carved from jacaranda wood. The wood has been stained dark brown. The most interesting detail of this set is Mary’s hands: one is closed into a fist while the other is open in a variation from the typical praying position. Each piece is signed on the bottom with the artist’s name: “D Mavhia.” The Joseph figure stands 12.5 inches tall.
